BOROUGH OF STONE HARBOR COUNTY OF CAPE MAY BOND ORDINANCE NO. 1693 STATEMENTS AND SUMMARY The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by the Borough of Stone Harbor, in the County of Cape May, New Jersey, on August 19, 2025 and the twenty (20) day period of limitation within which a suit, action or proceeding questioning the validity of such ordinance can be commenced, as provided in the Local Bond Law, has begun to run from the date of the first publication of this statement. Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours at the Clerks office in the Municipal Building in said Borough for members of the general public who request the same. The summary of the terms of such bond ordinance follows: Title: Bond ordinance No. 1693 providing for the improvement of the water and sewerage system in and of the Borough of Stone Harbor, in the County of Cape May, New Jersey, appropriating $3,184,380 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $3,184,380 bonds or notes of the Borough for financing such appropriation Purpose(s): Improvement of the water and sewerage system in and of the Borough, including the upgrade of existing and installation of new water and sewer pipes in and along various streets and locations including without limitation 105th Street (from 1st Avenue to the beach) and 111th Street to 116th Street (as part of the storm sewer outfall project), together with all storm drains, pumps, roadway reconstruction, concrete curbs, gutters, structures, site work, equipment, work and materials necessary therefor or incidental thereto.
