CITY OF WILDWOOD NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD/ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT DECISION A REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETING OF THE CITY OF WILDWOOD PLANNING BOARD/ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT WAS HELD ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2025 AT CITY HALL, 4400 NEW JERSEY AVENUE, WILDWOOD, NEW JERSEY WHERE THE FOLLOWING DECISION WAS RENDERED: Now, therefore, Be It Resolved, by the City of Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment granted variances, waivers and conditions to Wildwood Business Improvement District located at 3501-3511 Pacific Ave., 208 E. Oak Ave. and 209 E. Schellenger Ave., Block 183 Lots 1.01. 2.04 and 2.05 in the PARZ, Pacific Avenue Redevelopment Zoning District and T, Tourism Zoning District. All recommended conditions of approval are conditional upon the board engineers report, as well as obtaining the necessary permits and approvals from any jurisdiction over the property and must comply with all regulations adopted by the COAH applicable to the project. A copy of the memorializing resolution 21-25 is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Office of Planning and Zoning in the City of Wildwood Municipal Building.
