Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c)(2), the proposed use will require a variance from the Wildwood Crest floodplain ordinance (36-2.3) regarding the Local Design Flood Elevation, which establishes a minimum elevation of 12.0 feet for the portion of the property in the 10.0-foot BFE zone.
