The specific variance relief sought by the Applicant through this application is as follows: 1) use variance to allow for the Property to be used for residential purposes, which is not permitted in the TB Zoning District; and 2) variance related to minimum required lot size/area, minimum required lot width, minimum required lot frontage, and minimum required front yard setback, all of which are pre-existing non-conforming conditions that the Applicant does not propose to exacerbate through this application. The Applicant also requests any, and all, other variances, approvals, and/or waivers that the Board may deem necessary either prior to or at the time of the hearing on this application.
