NOTICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF APPLICATION TO THE CITY OF WILDWOOD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That the undersigned has filed an application with the Zoning Board of Adjustment in the City of Wildwood, New Jersey for pool location in the front yard, maximum front yard fence height, minimum front yard setback (Burk Avenue), minimum side yard setback, accessory structure setback to the rear yard, number of off-street parking spaces, stacked parking arrangement and accessory structure maximum height variance relief from the requirements of the City of Wildwood Ordinance together with any other variance, waiver or interpretation which may be necessary, appropriate or required to allow the Applicants to install an in-ground swimming pool in the front yard of the existing single family dwelling. The subject Property is located at 402 West Burk Avenue, designated as Lot 39, Block 68 on the City of Wildwood Tax Map. A public hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 14, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wildwood City Hall, City of Wildwood, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, 2nd Floor, Wildwood, New Jersey and when the case is called you may appear either in person, or by attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought. The meeting will be open to the public and there will be no opportunity to participate remotely.
