NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY MIDDLE TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD The following action was taken by the Planning Board of the Township of Middle at a meeting held on November 18, 2025. 1.The application for Ryan Squared LLC regarding the property located at Block 1434 Lots 2, 3, 8, 9, seeking preliminary major site plan approval to construct a new residential development was approved by the Board. 2.The application for Coastal Classic Railings LLC regarding the property located at 1703 Rte. 9 North, Block 12.01 Lot 89, seeking preliminary major site plan approval along with bulk variance relief to construct a hardware store was approved by the Board. 3.The application for 2BROS2SIS LLC regarding the property located at 1102 Rte. 9 South, Block 353 Lot 4, seeking amended site plan and variance relief for the construction of a shed was approved by the Board. 4.The following resolutions were memorialized: Resolution #251210 Kathryn B. Sellers, 400 E. Shellbay Avenue, Block 339 Lot 3; Resolution #251211 Escape Homes LLC, 206 & 210 W. Pacific Avenue, Block 250 Lots 1.02, 1.03.
