PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 7:00 pm, a hearing will be held via video conference before the Dennis Township Consolidated Land Use Board in the matter of the application by Nicole Savkov regarding the property located at 1520 Route 83, Cape May Court House, New Jersey 08210, which is also identified on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Dennis as Block 96, Lot 36.01. The Applicant seeks to convert the existing farm property into a mixed-use retail, workshop, and storage location through conversion of the existing 8,813 sq. ft. barn into a retail and workshop space, conversion of the existing commercial building into a home office space, and conversion of the existing 863 sq. ft. barn into a storage space for Applicants use and requires the following relief: preliminary and final site plan approval, pursuant to Chapter 165 of the Dennis Township Municipal Code, as well as variance relief, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d)(1), and from the applicable provisions of the Dennis Township Municipal Code, pertaining to permitted uses in the Village Residential Zoning District. The Applicants also seek any other variances, waivers, and/or approvals to permit the project that are determined to be required by the Board at the time of the hearing on this application for development. There shall be no in-person attendance at the hearing by the applicant, the Board or the public. Maps and other documents relating to this matter shall be available at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting date for inspection.
