CITY OF WILDWOOD Cape May County, New Jersey GWTIDA PARKING LOT USE OF AGREEMENT FOR WILDWOOD BLOCK PARTY WHEREAS, the City of Wildwood intends to enter a contract with The Greater Wildwood Tourism Improvement and Development Authority, of 4501 Boardwalk Wildwood, NJ 08260 for rental of the Montgomery Ave. Parking Lot and Meeting Room Space for dressing rooms for Sunday, August 31, 2025 in the amount of $2,700.00 for entertainment and vendor parking for the 19th Annual Wildwood End of Summer Block Party located at Fox Park on Sunday, August 31, 2025; and WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer of the City of Wildwood has certified that there are sufficient funds in account (5-01-xx-228-211) available to rent said parking lot and meeting room space from The Greater Wildwood Tourism Improvement and Development Authority and a copy of the certification is attached thereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Wildwood, Cape May County, State of New Jersey that funding be approved, in the amount of Two Thousand Seven Hundred ($2,700.00) Dollars for the Montgomery Avenue Parking Lot and meeting space on Sunday, August 31, 2025 for the 19th Annual Wildwood Block Party.
