Lees and Kathleen Lees regarding the property located at 635 & 639 Avalon Blvd, Block 117.04 Lots 67.01 & 67.02, seeking variance relief to construct a single-family dwelling was approved by the Board. 2.The application for Plaza at Cape May Court House LLC regarding the property located at 11 Court House South Dennis Road, Block 212.03 Lot 46 moved to the December 11, 2025 meeting. 3.The application for Burke 1912 LLC regarding the property located at 516 Stone Harbor Blvd., Block 132.01 Lot 28.02, seeking amended preliminary and final site plan approval for the construction of a 12-bay service garage, as well as other site improvements, was approved by the Board. 4.The application for Burke 1912 LLC regarding the property located at 516 Stone Harbor Blvd., Block 132.01 Lot 28.01, seeking amended preliminary and final site subdivision approval for the construction of 40 townhome residential units was approved by the Board 5.The following resolution was memorialized: Resolution #182324RPFEXT MKAG LLC, 1031 Rte. 9 South, Block 350 Lot 54.
