NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY MIDDLE TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD The following action was taken by the Zoning Board of the Township of Middle at a meeting held on March 13, 2025. 1.The application of Kristy Swanson regarding the property located at 8 Bayshore Road, Block 389 Lots 30 & 36, seeking a use variance to relocate a second single family dwelling on the property was approved by the Board 2.The application for Louis Altobelli regarding the property located at 110 Indian Trail, Block 208 Lot 10, seeking a use variance and hardship variance to allow four residential units on the property was moved to the April 10, 2025 meeting. 3.The application for David and Kristine-Ann Hill regarding the property located at 123 Kimbles Beach Road, Block 46 Lot 5, seeking variance approval to construct an accessory structure on the property without a principal structure was tabled and moved to the April 10, 2025 meeting. 4.The application for David and Kristine-Ann Hill regarding the property located at 12 Kimble Ave, Block 46 Lot 2, seeking variance approval to reconstruct a single-family dwelling was approved by the Board. 5.The application for Debra Tower/ Atlantic Cape Builders LLC regarding the property located at Block 358 Lots 2, 3-5 & 8, seeking a use variance to construct townhomes was approved by the Board. 6.The following resolutions were memorialized: Resolution #221111RPF-24 BGJ1 LLC, 401 Rio Grande Ave, Block 1523 Lot 9; Resolution #242358 Louis Altobelli Jr., 573 Shunpike Road, Block 348.01 Lot 38.01; Resolution #252302 Andre Properties LLC, 700 Vick Street, Block 965 Lot 1; Resolution #221112EXT, 7 Shellbay Ave, Block 340 Lot 5.
