NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY MIDDLE TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD The following action was taken by the Planning Board of the Township of Middle at a meeting held on October 14, 2025. 1.The application for Ryan Squared LLC regarding the property located at 1110 Rte. 47 South, Block 1434 Lots 2, 3, 8 & 9, seeking major site plan approval to construct a new development with 151 townhomes and 38 apartments was moved to the November 18, 2025 meeting. 2.The application for Ryan Squared 1419 Route 9 LLC regarding the property located at 1419 Rte. 9 North, Block 98 Lot 40, seeking major subdivision approval to subdivide the property into twelve single family building lots was approved by the Board. 3.The application for Susan L.
