PUBLIC NOTICE Take notice that an application has been submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Use Regulation for a Coastal Area Facilities Review Act (CAFRA), Waterfront Development, and Coastal Wetlands Individual Permits for the development described below: APPLICANT: The Wetlands Institute PROJECT NAME: The Wetlands Institute Campus Building and Salt Marsh Trail PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Wetlands Institute is proposing site improvements which include raising the salt marsh trail, reconstruction of the campus building, and salt marsh enhancement activities. PROJECT LOCATION: 1075 Stone Harbor Boulevard, Block 315.01, Lots 22 and 22.01, in Middle Township, Cape May County, New Jersey This notice is sent by order of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. The complete permit application package can be reviewed by the public at either the Middle Township Municipal Clerks office, or by appointment at the Departments Trenton Office. Either a 30-day public comment period or public hearing will be held on the application in the future; individuals may request a public hearing on the application within 15 calendar days of the date of this notice.
