CITY OF NORTH WILDWOOD PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Michael Sperduto (the Applicant), has applied to the Planning Board of the City of North Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey seeking Variance Relief and Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval respecting real property located at 100 & 108 E. Walnut Avenue, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260 (Block 190.01, Lots 6 & 7). It is the intention of the Applicant to demolish the presently existing improvements on the Property and to construct a new bar/restaurant and associated outdoor patio space on the Property. The Property is located in the D&E (Dining & Entertainment) Zoning District. According to the City of North Wildwood Municipal Code, the purpose of the Dining & Entertainment Zoning District is to revitalize the Citys historic Tavern District by providing for a critical mass of restaurant, nightlife, and such other entertainment-oriented amenities that are customary to such a district. Annual dog license fee. The annual dog license fee and renewal thereof is hereby fixed at $3.80, not including any fees imposed by the State of New Jersey. Section Two. The portion of Ordinance No. 968, adopted on August 4, 1987, that has been codified at 126-25 of the Code of the City of North Wildwood, is hereby amended so as to henceforth read as follows: 126-25. PERSON Any individual, corporation, partnership, organization, or institution commonly recognized by law as a unit. Section Three. The portion of Ordinance No. 968, adopted on August 4, 1987, that has been codified at 126-26A of the Code of the City of North Wildwood, is hereby amended so as to henceforth read as follows: A.Vaccination requirements. No person shall own, keep, harbor, or maintain any cat over seven months of age within the City of North Wildwood, unless such cat is vaccinated. The provisions of this section do not apply to cats held in a cattery, or those held by a state-or federal-licensed research facility, or a veterinary establishment where cats are received or kept for diagnostic, medical, surgical or other treatments, or licensed animal shelters, pounds, kennels or pet shops. Section Four. The portion of Ordinance No. 968, adopted on August 4, 1987, as amended, that has been codified at 126-27 of the Code of the City of North Wildwood, is hereby repealed in its entirety and 126-27 shall henceforth be designated as Reserved for future use. Section Five. If any portion of this Ordinance is determined to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that determination shall have no effect upon the remainder of this Ordinance, which shall remain valid and operable. Borough of Wildwood Crest Cape May County, New Jersey Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds October 15, 2025 Borough of Wildwood Crest 6101 Pacific Avenue Wildwood Crest, New Jersey 08260 TO ALL INTERESTED AGENCIES, GROUPS, AND PERSONS: On or about November 13, 2025 the Borough of Wildwood Crest, Cape May County, will submit a request to the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (NJDCA) to release funds under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended (PL 93-383), for the following project. Project Title:ADA Compliance - Joseph Von Savage Memorial Pool CDBG #25-0734-00 Purpose of Project: Removal of architectural barriers to comply with ADA Project Location: Joseph Von Savage Memorial Pool - 8800 New Jersey Avenue Estimated Cost:$380,410 Additional project information is contained in the Environmental Review Record (ERR). The ERR will be made available to the public for review either electronically or by U.S. mail. Please submit your request by U.S. mail to the Wildwood Crest Municipal Clerks Office, Municipal Building, 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260 or by email to pfeketics@wildwoodcrest.org. The ERR can be accessed online at the following website https://wildwoodcrest.org/ . PUBLIC COMMENTS Any individual, group, or agency may submit written comments on the ERR to the Municipal Clerks Office, Municipal Building, 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260 or by email to pfeketics@wildwoodcrest.org. All comments received by November 12, 2025 will be considered by the Borough of Wildwood Crest prior to authorizing submission of a request for release of funds. RELEASE OF FUNDS The Borough of Wildwood Crest certifies to the NJDCA that Don Cabrera in his capacity as Mayor consents to accept the jurisdiction of the Federal Courts if an action is brought to enforce responsibilities in relation to environmental review process and that these responsibilities have been satisfied. NJDCAs approval of certification satisfies its responsibilities under NEPA and related laws and authorities, and allows the Borough of Wildwood Crest to use Program funds. OBJECTIONS TO RELEASE OF FUNDS NJDCA will accept objections to its release of funds and the Borough of Wildwood Crests certification for a period of 15 days following the anticipated submission date or its actual receipt of the request (whichever is later) only if they are on one of the following bases: (a) the certification was not executed by the certifying officer of the Borough of Wildwood Crest; (b) the Borough of Wildwood Crest has omitted a step or failed to make a decision or finding required by HUD regulations at 24 CFR 58; (c) the grant recipient has committed funds or incurred costs not authorized by 24 CFR 58 before approval of a release of funds by NJDCA; or (d) another Federal agency acting pursuant to 40 CFR Part 1504 has submitted a written finding that the project is unsatisfactory from the standpoint of environmental quality. Objections must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the required procedures (24 CFR Part 58) and shall be addressed to NJDCA at Small Cities Program, Division of Housing and Community Resources, P.O.
