Copies of such TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MINIMUM RESERVE PRICE AUCTION and Bid Specifications WITH BID FORM, this advertisement, and other contract documents may be obtained from Patricia A. Feketics, Borough Clerk, 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260 (609-729 -8040) and may be inspected or obtained during normal working hours and the bidder must absolutely comply with all of the terms of the said documents. All bids must be clearly addressed, sealed and mailed or delivered to: Patricia A.
