Take notice that an application for a CAFRA Individual Permit has been submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Resource Protection for the development described below: APPLICANT: Cape Harbor, LLC 1062 Lancaster Avenue, Suite 30B Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 PROJECT NAME: Cape Harbour, LLC PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Cape Harbour, LLC is requesting a CAFRA Individual Permit , a Coastal Zone Management Rules General Permit 20, a Coastal Wetlands Individual Permit, several Freshwater Wetlands General Permit authorizations, and a Freshwater Wetlands Transition Area Waiver-Averaging Plan approval to remediate and redevelop a contaminated site at 3600 Route 47 South, Block 1438.01, Lots 3, 4, and 4.01. Middle Township, Cape May County, New Jersey. The proposed remedial action activties will be completed under the authority of a Licensed Site Remediation Professional ( LSRP). The Applicant is proposing construction of residential redevelopment within remediated areas as a beneficial reuse of the site. The proposed redevelopment includes eight (8) 5-story buildings providing a total of 400 residential units together with associated improvements and amenities including internal roadways, parking areas, stormwater management facilities and recreational areas.
