Part-Time Maintenance / Project Manager Cape May condominium association is accepting applications for a year-round maintenance manager. Successful applicants must be reliable, skilled, and personable. Position combines leadership in managing property projects with direct involvement in maintenance tasks ensuring the facility is well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and rental guests. Key responsibilities include: planning coordination and oversee building and property improvement projects. Supervise and direct on-site staff, ensuring duties are completed efficiently. Schedule and oversee vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality of work. Communicate updates to the Board of Directors and management. Position is hands-on, including performing general building repairs, including: painting, basic plumbing (unclogging drains, replacing fixtures, leak repairs; basic electrical repairs (light fixtures, switches, outlets) and carpentry and general upkeep.
