Now Hiring at Cold Spring Brewery! Cold Spring Brewery, New Jerseys only nonprofit craft brewery, is looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join our team! Positions Available: Brewery Manager with Social Media Expertise Beertender Brewery Manager Responsibilities: Oversee daily brewery operations, ensuring excellent service and production quality. Manage staff, scheduling, inventory management. Create and execute dynamic marketing strategies, with a focus on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Engage online audiences with fresh content, respond to customers, and promote events and releases. Plan and coordinate taproom events, tastings, and promotions. Qualifications: Prefer 3+ years in brewery management, hospitality, or a related field. Strong leadership skills and passion for craft beer. Experience in social media marketing and digital promotions. Creative, organized, and able to manage day-to-day operations effectively. Reports to the Director of Culinary and Beverage. Beertender Responsibilities: Serve craft beer with enthusiasm and knowledge. Maintain a clean, welcoming taproom environment. Deliver outstanding customer service. Assist with tastings, events, and general good vibes. Qualifications: Must be 21+. Prior bartending or hospitality experience is preferred (but well train the right person!). Team player with a positive attitude. Availability on weekends and evenings. Passion for craft beer is a huge plus! Compensation: Competitive salary for Brewery Manager based on experience.
