WAITING LIST CLOSING The Vineland Housing Authority will be CLOSING the waiting lists for the Cape May Housing Authority Public Housing Program, located at 639 Lafayette St, Cape May, NJ 08204; for 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units as of July 31, 2025. This is Federally Subsidized Housing designated for low-income individuals. 0 & 1 bedroom Public Housing units are designated specifically for low-income individuals who are elderly (62+) or persons with a disability or a handicap. Applications may be obtained at the Vineland Housing Authority, 191 W. Chestnut Avenue, Monday Friday 9:00 am 3:00 pm, at www.vha.org or at the Cape May Housing Authority. Applications will only be accepted by mail at the Vineland Housing Authority. Applications postmarked later than July 31, 2025 will NOT be accepted. THIS IS NOT FOR THE SECTION 8 VOUCHER PROGRAM.
