BOROUGH OF STONE HARBOR COUNTY OF CAPE MAY BOND ORDINANCE NO. 1691 STATEMENTS AND SUMMARY The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by the Borough of Stone Harbor, in the County of Cape May, New Jersey, on August 19, 2025 and the twenty (20) day period of limitation within which a suit, action or proceeding questioning the validity of such ordinance can be commenced, as provided in the Local Bond Law, has begun to run from the date of the first publication of this statement. Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours at the Clerks office in the Municipal Building in said Borough for members of the general public who request the same. The summary of the terms of such bond ordinance follows: Title: Bond ordinance No. 1691 appropriating $7,621,845, and authorizing the issuance of $7,258,800 bonds or notes of the Borough, for various improvements or purposes authorized to be undertaken by the Borough of Stone Harbor, in the County of Cape May, New Jersey Purpose(s): Improvement of various streets and locations in and by the Borough by the reconstruction and resurfacing thereof including, without limitation, 121st Street. Improvement of various parks and playgrounds in and by the Borough. Improvement of the storm water drainage system in and along various streets and locations in and by the Borough, including, without limitation, 111th Street to 116th Street by the construction, reconstruction and upgrade of various outfalls, pipes and discharge structures. Improvement of municipally-owned property in order to mitigate flooding at various streets and locations in and by the Borough, including, without limitation, infrastructure improvements from 80th Street to the 88th Street marina boat ramp.
