CITY OF WILDWOOD Cape May County, New Jersey RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT TO PROVIDE ELECTRICAL SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF WILDWOOD WHEREAS, the City of Wildwood (the City) advertised for bids for an Electrical Services contract as authorized by Resolution No. 301-7-25 WHEREAS, the City received three (3) bids at the August 14, 2025 bid opening from Anzelone Electrical Company, LLC, Ohmega Electrical Contractors and Eric M. Krise Services, LLC; and WHEREAS, the City has reviewed said bids and determined that Anzelone Electrical Company, LLC submitted the lowest responsible bid, annexed hereto and incorporated by reference herein, as determined by the aggregate rate of services and the parts markup to be charged to the City under the contract; and WHEREAS, the City wishes to award the Electrical Services contract to Anzelone Electrical Company, LLC for the remainder of the 2025 calendar year and continuing through December 31, 2026 with two (2) one (1) year options to renew subject to the availability and appropriation of sufficient funds annually; and WHEREAS, the CFO has certified as to the availability of funds. Modulation of building walls, where for every 20 feet of fa{c-ced}ade, the adjacent fa{c-ced}ade shall provided a minimum of 2 feet offset for at least 20% of the length of the fa{c-ced}ade, and the front of the proposed building does not meet this requirement; h. Maximum permitted driveway curb cut, where a maximum of 24 feet is permitted and the proposed curb cut exceeds 24 feet; i. Minimum required contiguous raised curb with landscaped frontage, whereas a minimum of 25% of the lot frontage shall be contiguous raised curb with landscaping to the building line, and 11.7% is proposed; 5. Variance relief from the Land Use Development Ordinance of the City of Wildwood and the Municipal Land Use Law pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c) as follows for proposed Lot 18.02, which is proposed to be developed with a single-family dwelling: a. Minimum required lot area, where a minimum of 3,600 square feet is required and 3,240 square feet is proposed; b. Minimum required lot frontage, where a minimum of 40 feet is required and 36 feet is proposed; c. Minimum required front yard setback on Ocean Avenue, where a minimum of 10 feet is required and 4.75 feet is proposed; d. Minimum required front yard setback on Glenwood Avenue, where a minimum of 10 feet is required and 4.05 feet is proposed; e. Maximum permitted building coverage, where a maximum of 45% is permitted and 51.4% is proposed; f. Maximum permitted driveway curb cut, where a maximum of 24 feet is permitted and the proposed curb cut exceeds 24 feet; g. Minimum required contiguous raised curb with landscaped frontage, whereas a minimum of 25% of the lot frontage shall be contiguous raised curb with landscaping to the building line, and 17.5% is proposed; h. Minimum required setback to HVAC equipment, if required, where a minimum of 4 feet is required, and less than 4 feet may be proposed. 6. Waivers from the requirements of the Land Use Development Ordinance of the City of Wildwood to submit the following: a. Environmental impact statement; and b. Location and details of all lighting facilities, including the ground floor parking area, including height, light intensity in footcandles, direction of illumination and type of outdoor lighting. 7. Any other bulk, dimensional and accessory variance relief or exceptions from the Land Use Development Ordinance of the City of Wildwood and the Municipal Land Use Law pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c) or N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d) which may be required, including, but not limited to, number of parking spaces, size of driveway, dimensions or location of parking spaces, setback to parking, stacked parking, curb cuts, side yard setbacks, front yard setbacks, rear yard setbacks, lot coverage, building coverage, building height, roof pitch, landscaping, lighting, building fa{c-ced}ade, setbacks or location of accessory structures including but not limited to swimming pools and equipment and HVAC equipment, building projections; and 8. The Applicant may also apply for such variance relief, exceptions, waivers, permits, approvals or licenses that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the applicant or the Board, which may arise during the course of the hearing process.
