Section Four. The portion of Ordinance No. 968, adopted on August 4, 1987, as amended, that has been codified at 126-27 of the Code of the City of North Wildwood, is hereby repealed in its entirety and 126-27 shall henceforth be designated as Reserved for future use. Section Five. If any portion of this Ordinance is determined to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that determination shall have no effect upon the remainder of this Ordinance, which shall remain valid and operable.
