Annual dog license fee. The annual dog license fee and renewal thereof is hereby fixed at $3.80, not including any fees imposed by the State of New Jersey. Section Two. The provisions of this section do not apply to cats held in a cattery, or those held by a state-or federal-licensed research facility, or a veterinary establishment where cats are received or kept for diagnostic, medical, surgical or other treatments, or licensed animal shelters, pounds, kennels or pet shops. Section Four. The portion of Ordinance No. 968, adopted on August 4, 1987, as amended, that has been codified at 126-27 of the Code of the City of North Wildwood, is hereby repealed in its entirety and 126-27 shall henceforth be designated as Reserved for future use. Section Five. If any portion of this Ordinance is determined to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that determination shall have no effect upon the remainder of this Ordinance, which shall remain valid and operable. Section Six. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance, to the extent of such inconsistencies only, be and the same hereby are repealed. Section Seven.
