ADVERTISEMENT BOARDWALK REPLACEMENT, PHASE 1 CITY OF NORTH WILDWOOD Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the construction of the above referenced project will be received by the Mayor and Council of the City of North Wildwood and opened and read in public at the North Wildwood City Hall Court Room located at 901 Atlantic Avenue, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. Project Description The Bid includes complete demolition of the existing reinforced concrete and timber boardwalk structure and access ramps and stairs and construction of a new natural hard wood boardwalk including ADA compliant access improvements, timber hardwood piles, timber hardwood framing, timber hardwood decking, aluminum railings, site lighting and electrical improvements, concrete pathways, and all else necessary and incidental to the intended improvements. The project is expected to be completed by December 2026. FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT The City has determined that the above project will have no significant impact on the human environment. Therefore, an Environmental Impact Statement under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) is not required.
