CITY OF WILDWOOD Cape May County, New Jersey RESOLUTION RESOLUTION AMENDING CONTRACT WITH ACUITY CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF A HOUSING ELEMENT AND FAIR SHARE PLAN IN CONNECTION WITH THE CITY OF WILDWOODS AFFORDABLE HOUSING OBLIGATIONS WHEREAS, Resolution No. 500-12-24, approved on December 30, 2024, authorized a contract with Acuity Consulting Services to provide professional planning services in order to prepare a housing element and fair share plan in connection with the Citys affordable housing obligations; and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners desires to amend the contract with Acuity Consulting Services and increase the amount of the contract by $16,000 from an amount not to exceed $20,000.00 to an amount not to exceed $36,000; and WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer of the City of Wildwood has certified the availability of funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City of Wildwood, County of Cape May, State of New Jersey, that: 1.The contract with Acuity Consulting Services shall be amended to state that Acuity Consulting Services shall provide additional professional services for the preparation and submission of a housing element and fair share plan, as more specifically set forth on the proposal annexed hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit A, for an amount not to exceed $36,000. 2.The Mayor, City Clerk, City Administrator, and all other appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized and directed to take all actions necessary to effectuate and facilitate the completion of the Services under the contract.
