CITY OF WILDWOOD PLANNING/ZONING BOARD NOTICE OF APPLICATION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Marino General Construction, Inc. (the Applicant), has applied to the Planning/Zoning Board of the City of Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey seeking variance relief respecting the property that is owned by Joseph Marino, which is located at 4211 Hudson Avenue, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260 (Block 114, Lot 3.01). The Property is located in the R-2 (Moderate Density Residential) Zoning District.
