LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, Christopher J. Chapman, Jr. (the Applicant) has made application to the City of North Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board (the Board) for a property commonly known as 701 Beach Creek, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260, and more specifically designated as Lot 5 in Block 151.01 (the Property) on the Tax and Assessment Map of the City of North Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey, in order to demolish the existing single-family dwelling and construct a new single-family dwelling and private swimming pool at the undersized waterfront lot (the Project). The Property is located in the R-2 zoning district.
