Walnut Avenue, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260 Block 190.01, Lots 6 & 7 D&E Zoning District Preliminary & Final Major Site Plan Approval & (c)(2) Variance Relief The Board heard & considered the application of Michael Sperduto (Applicant), related to real property located at 100 & 108 W. Walnut Avenue, North Wildwood, New Jersey 08260, which is also identified on the Official Tax Map of the City of North Wildwood at Block 190.01, Lots 6&7. (the Property), seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval, as well as (c)(2) variance relief related to minimum required off-street parking, minimum required side yard setback, minimum required rear yard setback, maximum permitted building coverage, and maximum permitted lot coverage, in order to demolish all existing improvements on site, including the existing Exit 6ix bar at 100 W.
